Major. General Peter Kimani Muteti, the Deputy Force Commander in charge of Logistics and Support for ATMIS, paid a courtesy call on Amb. Hon. Kubai Iringo, the Kenyan Ambassador-Designate to Somalia on 12th February 2023.
The Deputy Force Commander apprised the Ambassador-Designate on the security situation as well as Kenya’s approach on Somalia’s security sector beyond 31st December 2024 when the mandate of the Mission expires.
